“1980 – CAVE OF NINE CAKRAS”

CAVE OF NINE CAKRAS

by Late Ácárya Kiirtananda Avadhúta

There are many hills in Ráŕh, with many caves.

Once BÁBÁ told us that if we studied the inscriptions and pictures on the walls of these caves we could learn much about the ancient history of Ráŕh, and we would realize that its civilization is over 20,000 years old.

During the Stone Age, BÁBÁ said, the early humans who lived in caves had not learned how to use fire, so the mouths of their caves were wide enough to receive the warmth and light of the sun.

During the Bronze Age, after they had discovered fire, the mouths of the caves became small, since the people living inside had fire for light and heat.

After the Iron Age, people gave up the habit of living in Caves.

A full-fledged civilization, with the four symbols of advancement – agriculture, the wheel, dress and script – started only about 7000 years ago. Human beings had grasped the rudimentals of these four inventions by this time. Pictorial letters were invented less than 7000 years ago, and Philosophy was discovered about 4000 years ago. The first philosopher was Maharśi Kapil, who will be remembered and respected for all time.” —-  {Geology and Human Civilization — SHRII SHRII ÁNANDAMÚRTI on 28 December 1987, Anandanagar,INDIA}

The First Philosopher Mahars’i Kapil lived in the village of Jhalda very near to ANANDA NAGAR, but he composed his Philosophy and his theorems of algebra in nearby caves, and he always went to caves to meditate.

Even as late as the Buddhist Age, artists painted their paintings on the walls of caves, for they knew they could be preserved there for long periods of time.

The top of the Dimdiha Hill, near Anandanagar, was blown off by a volcanic eruption. The debris fell within a radius of about two miles, killing all of the people and animals living there. Due to the abrupt change in temperature, they were fossilized” —  {Geology and Human Civilization — SHRII SHRII ÁNANDAMÚRTI on 28 December 1987, Anandanagar,INDIA}

Once BÁBÁ was sitting on “Dimdiha Hill”. “Dim” means “egg” and “diha” means a “high place” where birds lay their eggs. For ages, birds have come to this hill from as far away as Siberia to lay their eggs, and thus the hill was given the name “The High Place of the Eggs.”

About 8000 million years ago, there was no solid structure in the world and the earth was a glowing gas. The land mass was formed only about 233 crores years ago. [[Eventually]] Gondwanaland was created.

At that time, the middle portion of the earth was composed of the liquid factor.

In those days there was no Arabian Sea, no Bay of Bengal and none of the Islands presently there, no Indonesia and no Australia.

There was no North India, no Tibet and no Himalayas.

There was only one contiguous land mass from what is now the eastern portion of Africa, including South India and Malaysia, up to Australia.

This land – the oldest land mass of the world – consisted mainly of a long island in an archipelago.

What is now Canada and Argentina also existed at that time.

This land – which covered what is presently the Arabian Sea, the Bay of Bengal, the Indonesian Archipelago, the Deccan plateau, South East Asia and Oceania – has been named Gondwana land by geologists because the Gond people of the Austric race lived in the central portion, although this portion was not the oldest part of the land.

Even today the descendants of the Gond people still live in the Chattisgarhi area. —–  {Geology and Human Civilization — SHRII SHRII ÁNANDAMÚRTI on 28 December 1987, Anandanagar,INDIA}

Ráŕh – the oldest part of this Gondwanaland that has remained above the sea – was the birth place of human beings. click here…

The hills of Anandanagar in Ráŕh are also at least 300 million years old. At that time there was no Himalayas.

BÁBÁ said that on top of this Hill there is a large cave with a wide mouth dating back to the Stone Age, and another cave at the foot of the hill, more than fifty feet deep.

BÁBÁ told us to go inside that lower cave and look for inscriptions on the walls and floor of the cave. It was very difficult to enter the cave because it was quite narrow in many places, and stinking with the excrement of bats, but when we shone our torches we saw, just as BÁBÁ had said, inscription etched on the walls.

As we sketched those designs, we realized that they were the symbols of the subtle nerve currents (nad’iis) and nerve centers (Cakras) of the body, including the id’a, piungala, and sushumna nad’iis.

When we brought our sketches to BÁBÁ, BÁBÁ said that these are the symbols of the nine Cakras; in that cave ancient yogis used to meditate and with stone implements they drew tantrika symbols on the walls.

BÁBÁ said that Lord Shiva had systematized “Navacakra Sádhaná”, the meditation on the nine Cakras; it is the oldest Sádhaná of the world.

Spiritual practice (sádhaná) was first started by the “..

…. Indo-Tibetans”. Later on, it was learnt by the

Mongolians and the Alpine Caucasians —– {Geology and Human

Civilization — SHRII SHRII ÁNANDAMÚRTI on 28 December 1987, Anandanagar,INDIA}

BÁBÁ said, “I am giving as the name of this cave, “NAVACAKRA GUHA”, “THE CAVE OF THE NINE CAKRAS.”

If you search more, you will find more inscription inside. You should do more research here, for this is the oldest cave of the Spiritual Sádhaná – it is more than 7500 years old. And it is the most important cave in the history of spirituality and culture on earth.”

The Tantra of Ráŕh, BÁBÁ said, is even older than Shaeva Tantra, the Tantra of Shiva, because when Lord Shiva came toRáŕh, Tantra was already existing there.

Ráŕh: The Cradle of Civilization adds to this list of early practitioners of Sádhaná, saying:

The people of Ráŕh are a mixture mainly of two races, “Austric and Negroid”. In eastern Ráŕh there is also some Mongolian influence” and “Lord Sadáshiva… was born.

The people of Ráŕh came in touch with His eternal gospel and infallible guidance of Lord Sadáshiva… Thus Ráŕh became the cradle of civilization.” — {Geology and Human Civilization — SHRII SHRII ÁNANDAMÚRTI on 28 December 1987, Anandanagar,INDIA}

BA’BA’ said that Shiva’s father was an Indian and His mother

was from Tibet.

District Mahashu of Himachal Pradesh had derived its

name from “Mahashiva”.

BA’BA’ said that “Mahashu” was a place of Lord

Sadashiva’s activities 7000 years ago.

Lord Shiva systematized it. BÁBÁ said there are many such tantrik caves at ANANDA NAGAR.
